Coaching Structure

The mission of the Golf Union of Wales Player Development Program is to facilitate the development of Wales' most promising young golfers by providing them with the finest coaching, training, competition, and support services possible.

The objective of the programme is to provide players with an holistic approach to the game of golf. 

In addition to the National programme the Golf Union of Wales provides each County in Wales with a grant to assist the development of County Squad programmes. This initiative targets the younger players in each area.
